How workplace therapy works

We can work with your organisation to create a therapeutic support pathway that fits your workforce, from a small allocation of sessions through to ongoing therapeutic provision.
01 Access support
Employees are provided with a simple route to access Framework Therapies, with the referral process agreed with your organisation.
03 Begin therapy
Sessions can be provided online or face-to-face where available, giving employees a confidential space away from their workplace.
02 Find the right therapist
We consider the employee's needs, preferences and availability to identify an appropriately qualified therapist from our network.
